Previous Chairman, House of Representatives’ Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin has demanded he won’t quit legislative issues.
Jibrin was vanquished in the Kiru/Bebeji government body electorate rerun survey in Kano State on January 25.
Talking with journalists on Thursday, the previous legislator said his future is in God’s grasp.
“The future looks splendid. What’s more, one has had an intriguing vocation with regards to the House over the most recent 10 years.
“In these years, I have been a legislator holding two exceptionally delicate situations in the House; leading the Finance and Appropriations councils all the while; going through 10 years without being blamed for taking cash that has a place with the National Assembly without being related to defilement and without being blamed for being uncouth or lacking limit then I think I need to express gratitude toward God Almighty,” Jibrin said.
Jibrin additionally expressed that he isn’t searching for any pay, for assuming a key job in Femi Gbajabiamila’s rise as Speaker of the ninth House of Assembly.
He included: “I am not paying special mind to remuneration yet again I am not worn out to serve the nation in any way either in my private limit or again to call upon to offer types of assistance to the administration.”
